We Love to Teach
Our management team constantly works with our agents on a variety of topics. Sometimes it as simple as developing and rehearsing a few scripts to overcome a challenging objective, while other times it may be as complex as teaching the correct techniques for online lead conversion. It all depends on the needs of the agent.
We have offered instruction in both a formal classroom setting as well as in more casual ‘one-on-one’ sessions, depending on what seems most appropriate.
