With real estate values plummeting, transactional volume dropping by 40%, and new home building grinding to a halt, the real estate market we were familiar with was no more.
When the market collapsed, smart agents quickly realized that their business operations needed to adapt accordingly. The brokerage model and methodologies of yesteryear were not the answer.
